More public input is being sought by the Massey Agricultural Society in moving forward in making improvements to the annual Massey Agricultural Fair.
Community member, Jillana Goodchild, says an enthusiastic group stepped up at last week’s session, but the ideas cannot move forward without volunteers, whether it be for a few hours, the fair weekend or throughout the year.
She adds they used the SWOT method to review the fair’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to those opportunities.
The meeting was so positive, Goodchild says they want to maintain the momentum, so another meeting will be held tonight at 7:00 pm at the Clipperton Building at the Fair Grounds.
