This weekend sees the start of another Elliot Lake Open Bonspiel. The weekend event gets underway Friday with the first game at 6:30 p.m. at the Deer Trail Curling Club. The annual event has 12 teams taking part including clubs from Elliot Lake, Blind River and Espanola. Competition wraps up Sunday morning.
