Espanola police have charged an estranged husband after the accused threatened his ex and her boyfriend. The 30-year-old is charged with forcible entry, assault with a weapon, uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm and assault. The assault with a weapon occurred when the boyfriend was hit with a stool in the woman’s home. Also the ex got into a street fight with the boyfriend in a separate incident.
