Massey Fair going hog wild this weekend

If you like pigs, feeding cows, riding horses and checking out chickens and rabbits, the Massey Agricultural Fair is a great fit.

This is the 113th running of the annual fair and is the largest of its kind in northeastern Ontario.

Organizers say the Massey fairgrounds feature a midway, plenty of exhibits from vegetables and fruits, quilts and paintings, as well as petting zoos, a blacksmith on-site and a woodcarver.

The theme for this year’s annual parade is all about pigs, so go hog wild with your ideas.

And 8 to 12,000 visitors are expected to take it all in over the next three days.
