An Espanola woman will be talking to town council about a splash pad for local area families.
Melanie Blais of Espanola would like to see a splash pad installed in town.
Blais says she has spoken to many people about the concept, which is an outdoor play area with devices or structures that spray water.
She adds she has a team in place that are willing to work towards getting such an attraction built.
Blais will make her presentation to council tonight at 7:00 pm.
