OPP have charged a 30-year-old Kapuskasing man with second degree murder. The accused is charged in connection with the death of 24-year-old Emanuelle D’Amours of Moonbeam. D’Amours’ body was found in a Kapuskasing home on Wednesday. Police don’t say what the relationship was between both people.
