Caroline Ehrhardt was on the podium once again this Saturday to accept a gold medal in triple jump.
This is the eighth national title for Ehrhardt who won her event with a jump of 13.35 metres.
She took the win at the 2019 Canadian Track and Field Championships held in Montreal this weekend.
Ehrhardt began her jumping career at Espanola High School under the guidance of former coach David Gallant breaking records along the way since her first big win over a decade ago.
