Noojmowin Teg hosting Community Engagement Session

Noojmowin Teg has been providing health services in Espanola since February and wants to find out if those services meet the needs of their clients.

To that end, a Community Engagement Session will be held to find out what is working, what isn’t and how health services can be improved.

Noojmowin Teg services are geared to First Nation members living off-reserve in the Espanola catchment area.

The facilitation team will be Mariette Sutherland of Public Health Sudbury and Dr. Marion Maar, an Associate Professor at the Northern Ontario School of Medicine who focuses on Aboriginal community health issues.

The session will be held at Centre Place Espanola on Wednesday, August 14th from 12 noon to 2:00 pm.
