Northeast nurses back at work

Nurses in the northeast who are part of the Community Care Access Centres are back at work after a 16 day strike.  Management and the Ontario Nurses Association have sent their labour dispute to arbitration to help settle an outstanding issue on wages.  ONA opposes another wage freeze, the third in four years.  The wage freeze resulted in the strike at 14 of the 16 centres across the province before the weekend agreement was reached.
