Conversations to improve suicide prevention programs begin

Jay Aspin the MP for Nipissing – Timiskaming is hopeful a suicide prevention event in North Bay gathered useful information.  Aspin held the event as a means to help identify gaps in suicide prevention programs.  The meeting was part of the 308 Conversation program spear-headed by the Mental Health Commission of Canada.  The agency says MPs across Canada are holding sessions like Aspin’s to come up with and share ideas on better suicide prevention programs.
