LA CLOCHE ART SHOW OFFICIALLY OPENS

A juried art show, one of the most popular in Northern Ontario, has opened its doors for viewing.

This past Saturday, the grand opening of the official opening of the 42nd Annual Juried La Cloche Art Show & Sale was held on at the Whitefish Falls Community Centre in Whitefish Falls.

This year’s featured artist is Marcie Breit, a resident of Little Current who works with watercolour, acrylic, and pastel media to highlight the local beauty of the region.

The show runs until July 7th and is opened daily from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm.

As a member of the Walden Art Club, and the Manitoulin Fine Arts Association, hers work can also be viewed in various art venues in Northern Ontario.

There are over 100 pieces of artwork on display and admission is free.
