Some of Espanola High School senior students have spent a semester in the workplace acquiring life and work skills and valuable experience while acquiring credits rather than being in the classroom semester.
It’s all part of the Co-operative Education Program, a long-standing partnership between community businesses and the school to provide first-hand experiences in the workplace.
Partners will be acknowledged today at the 28th Annual Employer Appreciation Luncheon being held at the Espanola complex at noon today.
