The Society of Animals in Distress, known as SAD, raised just over $4,000 hosting a radiothon in partnership with The Moose. The organization take in cats and dogs, make sure they are vaccinated, neutered or spayed, find them new homes and also offer boarding on daily or weekly basis. The money raised through the radiothon on Saturday will go towards supporting those programs.
