East Algoma OPP have charged a 32-year-old Espanola man with a few offenses including uttering threats and mischief under $5,000. The incident started with a disturbance at a business in Spanish where a man was bothering customers. He left before police arrived but he got stuck in a snow bank. Police found him and determined he was the same man involved in the Spanish incident. The man is also charged with possession of a weapon for dangerous purpose, resisting a peace officer and impaired operation.
