It’s been a while but a popular meeting place will finally re-open its doors.
Lee Valley Hall is over 100 years and has been the focal point for people in the valley for decades.
However, negotiations took a while between the landowner and the Township of Sables-Spanish Rivers for use of the building, so the caretakers, the Autumn Leaves Senior Group, had to find accommodations elsewhere.
The Massey Legion provided the alternative for the last year, but that will officially change today with the grand re-opening … The doors are slated to open at noon with bands, other entertainment and so much more.
Lee Valley Hall is located down the Lee Valley Road at the Cutler Lake intersection.
