Espanola Mayor Jill Beer was on hand for the annual raising of the Community Living flag.
The mayor joined Espanola Community Living clients, staff and supporters to raise the flag marking the beginning of the annual May campaign highlighting programs supporting adults with disabilities.
Espanola Royal Canadian Legion Branch #39 President, Gary MacPherson, also presented a cheque for $100 to CLE Executive Director, Louise Laplante, in support of their programs.
Celebrations will be held throughout the month including the annual yard sale and run/walk fundraiser.
