Algoma Public Health was hit with a ransomware a week ago today, which has led to their systems still being down.
The agency is making progress in getting the I.T. system back online.
While still not at full capacity there are two program cancellations for today: Â the Parent Child Information Centre and Nurse Practitioner clinic
Several phone lines are also still knocked out including the Parent Child Information and Sexual Health Information lines.
All our offices remain open and staff is available to assist you.
The agency hopes to be back on line by Tuesday.
