If you still haven’t bought a license for your dog or cat in Elliot Lake, you have until January 15th to get an early bird special. City Hall will increase the rates at all outlets after this Thursday.  To qualify for the cheaper tags, you need to show that your pet has been given its rabies shots and that it’s been spayed or neutered. Tags are available at City Hall and SAD. They can also be bought at Pet Headquarters, Pet Value and Debye’s  Pet World.
