OPP are disappointed with the latest R.I.D.E. results. They laid 593 impaired driving charges which is six more charges from the previous campaign. Drive warnings were down a bit, but not by much. And one person died during this year’s R.I.D.E. period compared to three last year. OPP are thanking people who didn’t drink and drive over the Christmas period and also extend thanks to DD’s.
