SPORTS: NOJHL announces venue changes, make-up dates

The Northern Ontario Junior Hockey League had to make some changes to its game line up.

While the snow load is removed from the Centennial Arena, the Elliot Lake Wildcats will play home games at the Blind River Community Centre.

The postponed game between Elliot Lake and the Blind River Beavers will now be held this Thursday at 7:00pm.
This game will honour the 1982-83 Vikings team, so Wildcats will be wearing a special retro jersey.

Meanwhile the Soo Thunderbirds – Espanola Express contest called off on Sunday will take place tonight at 7:00p at the John Rhodes Community Centre.

And The Soo Thunderbirds edged out the Blind River Beavers 2-1 in a Junior A encounter last night.
