A variety of health-related programs begin in the New Year by the Family Health Team in Espanola. One is called Stand Up and it helps older people from falling. The goal is to improve your balance with coordination exercises. The 11-week program is free and begins January 13th. Classes are every Tuesday and Thursday. For more information, call 862-7991.
