Espanola and Elliot Lake radiothons rocked it out.
CKNR 94.1FM Algoma-Manitoulin set a new record: $20,125 in monetary donations and $20,154 in toys for the kids for a grand total of $40,279.
The radiothon was held in partnership with the Salvation Army Christmas Toy Drive.
CJJM 99.3 Espanola $11,035 and counting to go towards the purchase of a new physio-therapy bed and iv infusion pump in partnership with the Espanola Regional Hospital Foundation.

Another $750 was raised through in kind shoeboxes and toys for the Espanola Helping Hand Food Bank.
It was all part of VISTA Radio’s One Million Dollar Charity Drive in all 40 stations across the country.
