The Rainbow District School Board is seeking applications to fill positions on the Special Education Advisory Committee for a period of four years, beginning January 2019.
The committee advises trustees on matters related to special education and is made up of volunteers from parent and community associations as well as two trustees.
Associations that further the interest of exceptional children or adults can also nominate one person (and one alternate) to represent that association.
Meetings are held on a monthly basis throughout the school year.
The deadline for applications is Wednesday, December 5, 2018.
