Next Friday, October 12th, the General Outdoor Store in Spanish is launching a “Jacket Exchange for the Shelter” program to support the men’s and women’s shelters in Elliot Lake, which provide emergency support and safety to people in the local area.
The store at 117 Front Street in Spanish brought in 70 plus brand new Kimpex CKX winter trendy jackets of all colours and sizes.
Bring your gently used winter jacket, and depending on the condition of your old jacket, they will give you up to $50 off a new jacket.
All used jackets will be given to the shelters to help keep everyone warm this winter
