Anyone knowing a worthy individual to receive accolades for civic service is asked to submit their nomination to the City of Elliot Lake.
Nominations are being accepted for the Elliot Lake Civic Awards, which will be revealed on Thursday, November 15th.
Nominees must have resided in the city for at least five years, have a broad base of activities and give freely of their time and energy to better the community.
Residents and businesses alike are invited to submit their nominations to the city office.
Nominations can be dropped off at the front desk of the Welcome Centre in the Lester B. Pearson Civic Centre until Friday, October 12th.
