News Student trustee hails from Espanola SHARE ON: Rosalind Russell, staff Friday, Sep. 21st, 2018 New student trustees for the French Catholic School Board in Algoma, Manitoulin and Sudbury districts. Photo supplied Students of the Conseil scolaire catholique du Nouvel-Ontario school board will be represented by an Espanola peer. The Algoma and Manitoulin districts will be represented by Cloey Odenback, a grade 11 student at École secondaire catholique Franco-Ouest in Espanola. Vanessa Morris, a grade 11 student at École secondaire catholique Champlain in Chelmsford , will serve as student trustee for the Sudbury District. Education Director, Lyse-Anne Papineau, says the board is proud students recognize the importance of this role as well as the incredible opportunity it offers them in developing their Catholic and Francophone leadership in their own school and their community. The two will attend their first official meeting next Monday in Sudbury.
