Canadian Minister of Employment, Workforce Development and Labour Patty Hajdu will be visiting Manitoulin Island to make a special announcement.
Hajdu will be at Kenjgewin Teg educational centre in M’Chigeeng First Nation on Wednesday, July 25th to announce $4-million in funding for the Strategic Partnership Fund project: the M’Shiigaade program.
It is designed for training for employment readiness and includes a cultural component.
Kenjgewin Teg provides educational services through the delivery of college, university accredited and pre-employment training programs and professional development.
