Five waterfront lots ranging in size from two to five acres on Dunlop Lake are being sold by the City of Elliot Lake via silent auction.
City CAO Dan Gagnon says Lakeshore Properties is busy with site tours from prospective buyers and just released new drone footage of the Sugarbush Heights area and the new access road.
Gagnon adds minimum bids range from $103,000 to $139,000 with the first lot closing on July 18th.
These five lots are the last ones available under the first phase of the city and the Crown’s unique cottage waterfront development project.
Approximately 250 lots on three lakes have been developed and sold to date.
