Bikes donated from police to exchange for residents

The Espanola Police Services Board has donated a number of bikes to the Lacloche Foothills Bike Exchange Committee.

Police say when they recover property that is either lost or stolen, they try to identify the owners.
If they are unable to do so, the items can be sold at an auction or donated to a worthy organization in the community.

Last Friday, members of the board and police service were on hand to donate the bikes to the exchange, and in turn, give them to residents to enjoy.
