Grocery store theft leads to charges

Two people have been charged in connection to a theft at a grocery store in Elliot Lake.

Elliot Lake OPP say they were called in on Thursday afternoon to review store video surveillance.

It showed a man and a woman stuffing food down their pants back on May 15th.

The two then left the store without paying for the items.
