The 2018 Espanola Lions Club Food Drive will ensure the Espanola Helping Hand Food Bank has food on the shelves.
The Espanola Lions Club, in partnership with the Espanola Minor Soccer Association, were on hand last Friday, May 18th at Winkel’s Independent Grocers, Freshco and Giant Tiger collecting food items and cash donations.
Soccer publicist, Chloe Kneer says 2,630 items were collected and $900 in cash donations.
Kneer adds that is another excellent result and thanks everyone for all their help in making the drive successful.
