Police will be gathering with partners to celebrate Police Week in Elliot Lake.
OPP spokesperson, Phil Young, says Police Week is underway today and runs until May 18th.
He says once again events will take place at the Collins Hall with the East Algoma OPP will be showcasing their services and so much more on Wednesday, May 16th from 10am – 2pm.
Young adds the OPP will be there with specialized vehicles, the Elliot Lake Fire Department with the new truck, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forests with their showcase trailer and numerous tables showcasing community partners.
