Espanola council will host a corporate meeting tonight to make recommendations for the formation of a new recreation committee.
Last year, the town passed the 10 Year Recreation Plan, which recommended a new recreation committee format.
The suggested formation is between seven to 10 people from the community including youth and seniors with one member of council also being a full voting member.
Once an agreement is reached, the recommendations will be sent to council to be passed as a bylaw.
