The Greater Sudbury Police Service is continuing its investigation into a stabbing that took place at a local residence.
Police were called to the scene shortly after 2 am early Sunday morning and a man was hospitalized with a stab wound.
Police have determined that the incident took place at a residence on Bruce Avenue in Sudbury.
The police are hoping people in the area who may have seen the incident or unusual activity will give them a call.
The man remains in hospital in stable condition
Police consider it an isolated incident and not a random act.
