The Town of Espanola is selling some one-acre serviced industrial lots and there is interest in the purchase for a national burger franchise.
The town is advertising an opportunity is available to right investor for what is being called an A&W small town concept drive-thru 40-seat restaurant.
The investor would also be looking at having to put up 35% of the total investment, in this case, $350,000 while financing the rest.
A&W says it is a proven small town business model they have implemented with great success and it is a chance to be a part of the fastest growing burger chain in Canada.
