Blind River will have a new combined school in the near future.
The Algoma District School Board and the Conseil scolaire public du Grand Nord de l’Ontario have received confirmation from the Ministry of Education that they will be sharing a new school in Blind River.
The new school will house junior kindergarten to Grade 12 students.
Specifics of the funding will be released mid-February and both boards will not only share space, but also innovative program delivery.
