Sagamok-Anishnawbek First Nation is hosting a forum that will focus on the reserve’s resource allocations for various programs and services.
Robert Porter is overseeing the forum, which is a discussion about what the community wants for 2018.
The Quality Management Strategy is a long-term plan to streamline the administrative processes between the band departments and plays a role in how the programs and services are delivered.
Sagamok is the First Aboriginal Community in Ontario and the second in Canada to achieve registration to the recognized standard for quality, ISO 9001.
Porter says it will be held on Wednesday, February 7th from 5:00pm to 9:00pm at the Sagamok Multi-Educational Centre, and includes dinner, so anyone wishing to attend is asked to confirm their attendance.
