People in Blind River are invited to come out and meet a community-sponsored Syrian family.
The public is welcome to a meet and greet with the newest residents, the Slaibis family from Syria.
Hussein, Yasmin, Muhammad, Ali, and Belal would like to thank everyone in the community of Blind River who sponsored and helped them establish a new life in Canada.
The meet and greet is this Saturday, November 11th from noon to 2:00pm at Immanuel Baptist Church in Blind River.
