The Espanola Helping Hand Food Bank will be getting plenty of support from the community, thanks to the annual Stuff the Bus campaign.
The Stuff the Bus campaign started on October 23rd and will end on Thursday, November 16th.
On the last day, Veterans Transportation will be picking up all the non-perishable food items and cash donations to deliver them to the food bank.
The schools taking part are A.B. Ellis Public, Sacred Heart, Ecole St. Joseph and Espanola High School.
The goal is to collect over 3,000 items.
The Espanola Express Junior A hockey team, staff from Veterans and volunteers from the food bank will be donating their time to collect the items to fill a 72-passenger bus.
