No charges are being laid in a fatal accident, which occurred last Friday.
Sudbury OPP investigators say the driver of the motor vehicle, Edwin Duhaime, 76, of Espanola was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident, which occurred when he attempted to enter Highway 17 from Municipal Road 55.
His vehicle was struck by an eastbound five-ton truck.
A passenger in the vehicle was taken to hospital with undetermined injuries.

The two occupants in the truck were not injured.
There will be no charges laid in relation to this collision.
