Last week, an Espanola homeowner and his son lost everything to a residential fire.
A trailer home at the Espanola Mobile Trailer Park, Unit 16 on Lee Valley Road, was gutted by fire.
Owner Tim Roberts was not insured.
Roberts and his son, Alex, escaped the fire, but only managed to save a few pieces of clothes.

Coin jars have also been set up at Stewart’s Store in Webbwood and the UPI gas station in Espanola.
The loss of the home and contents is estimated at around $40,000.
