Civilians and Ontario Provincial Police officers will be recognized at a special ceremony in Blind River tomorrow.
The North East Region Ontario Provincial Police Awards Ceremony will recognize acts of bravery, lifesaving, outstanding investigation, and exemplary performance of duty.
Length of service will also be recognized.
The presentation will take place tomorrow at 1:00 pm at the Blind River Community Centre
OPP Commissioner Vince Hawkes and North East Region Chief Superintendent Fern Labelle will present the awards for 20 and 30 year service, as well as Commissioner’s Commendations and Citations
