An Elliot Lake man is facing several charges including possession of drugs.
East Algoma OPP say last Friday at 4:30 in the morning, officers were on patrol duties on Albert Street in the City of Elliot Lake when they stopped a man who was trespassing in a yard on the street.
The 59-year-old man was known to police and was out past his curfew.
He was arrested and searched, then charged with trespassing, two counts of failing to comply with a probation order.as well as possession of cocaine and other prohibited drugs.
He is to appear in Sault Ste. Marie on bail court today.
