Canada’s iconic hero, Terry Fox, will be front and centre today, in spirit anyway.
Students, staff and supporters of S. Geiger Public School in Massey will be out in full force taking part in the annual Terry Fox Run.
Everyone is invited to come out at 1:40 pm.
The run will make its way to Heritage Park where stories about Terry and his mission will be shared.

Runs have been held across the country over the last couple of weeks, the 37th Annual Terry Fox Run in Elliot Lake being one of them.
Over 100 participants took part and raised some $4,000 on Sunday, September 17.
Since its’ inception, Elliot Lake supporters have raised over $250,000 for the Terry Fox Foundation.
The funds are used for cancer research, education and education.
