Espanola Woman Burned – Family needs some Financial Support

A young Espanola woman who has suffered serious burns to her legs in a home accident will need care for quite some time.

A Go Fund Me has been set up for a young Espanola woman who suffered severe burns in a home accident on September 9th.

The family does not wish to reveal the details of the accident, but the community is coming together to help Kristin Jagoo of Espanola.

Kristen’s mother, Sharon Jagoo, says it is a nice feeling to see how much the community cares.

Kristen was burned with second and third degree burns on 90% of the front and back of her legs.

She is presently at Sunnybrook Hospital in Toronto awaiting surgery.
A nurse at the hospital, Sharon has been unable to work since this accident so she can be by Kristen side and unsure when she will be able to return.

The funds will be used to offset expenses not covered by government or other supports.
