The Espanola Majors Mens Fastball team have reason to celebrate today.
The team took down the Elliot Lake Jackleggers in shut out on the diamond in Espanola last night, September 13th.
A few stolen bases and quick thinking on their feet, led the Majors to a shutout: six to nothing win over the Jackleggers in front of a big home crowd.
There is a double reason to celebrate for the team since this is a back-to-back win for them!
Pitcher Bob Madahbee was named MVP of the series.
