Police Searching for Man with a Canada Wide Warrent

Police are asking for assistance in locating a Kapuskasing man who is in breach of his parole.

26 year-old Sebastien Therrien, who is a federal offender, is currently serving a three year and one month sentence for aggravated assault, break and enter and also wearing a disguise with intent. Police have placed a Canada wide warrant on him, detailing him as an Indigenous male with black hair and brown eyes; he owns a tattoo on his neck, one on his right forearm reading ‘Urijah’, and also one on his left hand reading NWA.

Officers are alerting the public that he often is around the Greater Toronto Area as well as up north in his home of Kapuskasing. Police are asking the public to be on the lookout for him and that anyone with information is being asked to contact them.
