Espanola police have charged a woman after someone used the tap feature of a credit card to ring up more than $5,000 in purchases. Police say the 24-year-old is charged with fraud and possession of property obtained by crime. Police say a man’s wallet was stolen from his home while he was a client at a care facility in Gore Bay. The tap feature was used 186 times. Police identified the accused using surveillance cameras at one of the shops where the credit card was used.
