Winter is over, but Nipissing MPP Vic Fedeli is taking steps now to ensure highways are cleared properly next winter. Fedeli says highway conditions were disgraceful this winter. He says his office was called constantly by voters upset with the poor removal of snow on northern highways. Fedeli agrees with northern towns who want the Ministry of Transportation to do what it takes to ensure adequate winter road  maintenance.
