Northern Ontario Party explains Toronto’s housing crunch problem

The Northern Ontario Party says a robust economy is a major reason for Toronto’s housing shortage.  Party president Trevor Holliday says many people head to Toronto, including northerners, because their communities don’t have enough jobs.  Holliday says housing in Toronto hasn’t caught up to the influx of people but he adds Toronto is about the only city enjoying this rebound.   Holliday says many communities helped build Toronto’s economy, but they’re suffering now and the Premier ignores them.  Holliday says Wynne keeps hitting the north with are bad ideas like a carbon tax, gas hikes and the sale of Hydro One.  Holliday says the Premier has to start creating job opportunities outside the GTA so everyone gets a piece of the pie.  He says northerners need to unite and stop voting for the political parties of Toronto.
